Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with ASTOBIC STORE.
We do our best to make sure each & every transaction is as smooth as possible but we understand that occasional mistakes happens such as damaged products by shipping couriers or some parts are missing. Below, you will find our Return Policy.
All sales are final
ASTOBIC STORE cannot accept returns on items that are not damaged. The products we sell are hard to come by and are usually limited in quantity so, unfortunately, we can’t accept returns because you don’t really want the products anymore or that it is not in “perfect” mint condition.
In Box Collectors – Our intention is to sell the products to be enjoyed as is it look, not for the outer box. Please keep this in mind prior to placing an order, as we do not accept returns.
We have absolutely no control on how shipping courier’s handle your package, thus, there is a chance that it may come in less than perfect condition. But we do our best to pack your items well to avoid such handling damages by courier & we make sure that these are pre-inspected with no visual defects such as broken or missing parts.
By placing an order on our website, you understand and accept this policy.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders. Please only place an order (or pre-order) when you know you are 100% sure you want the item(s). We will not be able to cancel your order should you change your mind.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 25% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
Product Returns
Keep in mind that many of the products we sell are run in small quantities by small product companies. A small blemish or deformity can actually increase the value of a product. But in the rare case that the product is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we’ll accept return on the item within THREE (3) DAYS of product delivery. Any return requests made after THREE (3) DAYS will NOT be accepted.
NOTE: All returns MUST include the manufacturer’s original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will NOT accept your return and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you. Also note, if you damage the product… sorry, we can’t accept the return… please be more careful next time.
How To Return Damaged Items
1) Contact us([email protected]) within THREE (3) DAYS of product delivery.
2) We will need the following:
- Please explain what is damaged
- A photo of the damage to each item(s)
- A photo of the outer box with shipping label intact. This will be forwarded to the shipping courier for claim to be filed.
3) Once confirmed, we will contact you on how to return back the items
4) Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
